Before we collect any payment from you and proceed with the actual publishing of your work, we will read your manuscript cover to cover to ensure that it aligns with the Word of God.

We are very serious about the Word of God. Please read our faith statement to know more about our beliefs. We don't write books for people, so send your manuscript in its complete format.

We don't accept payment plans. We advise our clients to gather all the necessary materials including full payment when upon manuscript completion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive royalties?
Yes. An author receives a royalty for each copy sold, minus returns. The royalty rate for copies sold to bookstores is 100% of net receipts (the total amount of money Dunamis Press receives for book sales, less distribution charges, returns, taxes, credit card facilitation charges, shipping and handling charges).
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and money orders. Non-US credit cards will incur additional charges. We advise international authors to contact us before any initial payment is made. Please allow 4-5 working days for personal checks to clear.
Who will be my distributor?
Our distributor is the largest Christian-owned wholesale Christian product distributor in the U.S. This means that your book is available for order from online retailers like Amazon.com, Christianbook.com, major and independent Christian bookstores, Borders, Barnes & Noble, Ingram, Baker &Taylor and many more.
Will my book be in bookstores?
Maybe. Although your book will be available to bookstores for ordering, there is no guarantee that they will stock their shelves with your book. We encourage authors to contact bookstores in their areas and ask them to stock their books. Thankfully, we are not print on demand publishers. The high-end bookstores will not stock print on demand books.
Can you send out samples before an author makes a commitment?
Yes we can. All you have to do is complete the contact form here with your details and we'll send one to you. We strongly encourage our potential clients to request for samples.
Are you a vanity publisher?
No, we are not. A vanity publisher will publish almost any book so long as the author is willing to pay. We are different. We do not accept every manuscript. Vanity publishers do not screen for quality but we do. We are very serious about what we do.
Will my book have an ISBN?
Yes. This is very important because it gives your book a unique identifier. Also, bookstores will only stock ISBN-bearing merchandise. Hence, alll books published by us are assigned ISBN numbers at no additional cost.
Once published, do I have to buy my books from you?
Absolutely not! We take pride in our services. We do not print on demand like other publishers. From the onset, you determine the number of books you want printed and everything is yours. This is a very cost effective way to recover your costs and make a profit.
How do I begin the publishing process?
First of all, send us an enquiry here and tell us what you want todo. We will ask you to send a sample of your work (5 pages) for evaluation. If accepted for publishing, then you will receive our author friendly publishing agreement, instructions for payment and the complete manuscript submission, a breakdown of the different phases of production and tentative release date.
